Method

Six steps. Predictable outcomes.

A documented, repeatable process is what separates a finish trade you bid against once from one you keep on a vendor list. This is ours.

  1. 01

    Consultation

Initial conversation to understand the project, scope, schedule pressures and finish standards.

  2. 02

    Walkthrough

On-site review of substrates, conditions, access and phasing requirements with the responsible estimator.

  3. 03

    Estimate

Detailed, line-item proposal with system specifications, material schedules and clear inclusions / exclusions.

  4. 04

    Planning

Kickoff, COI delivery, color and material approvals, phased schedule coordinated with GC and trades.

  5. 05

    Execution

Career finish crews on site, daily progress reporting, photo documentation and active QC throughout.

  6. 06

    Final Quality Review

Punch walk with client, GC or designer. Touch-ups completed before final sign-off and warranty issuance.
